Tayport Links Caravan Park is a luxury waterfront holiday park located in North East Fife, Scotland, on the Firth of Tay between St Andrews and Dundee, Angus. Owned and run by the Baillie family since 2000, the park is on the edge of the historic fishing village of Tayport.

A unique, tranquil and idyllic waterfront location, the caravan site is set in 9 acres of parkland overlooking the stunning Fife Coast to the east and rolling countryside to the west. We have 94 spacious sheltered pitches spread amongst beautiful gardens and with over 200 trees and shrubs and panoramic sea views to wake up to each morning, you will find it hard not to relax and unwind!

Tayport Links Caravan Park is the perfect location for a holiday home,  self-catering short break or family holiday in Scotland. With over 25  golf courses in Northeast Fife alone and St Andrews only a 15 minute drive away, the holiday park is in the heart of a golfer’s paradise and is makes for perfect golf accommodation. But that’s not all – whether you are looking for an action-packed holiday, a family break or a relaxing short break, the North East of Fife, Scotland, has it all from horse-riding, scenic walks, sailing and dolphin-spotting to ancient castles, shopping and the arts. Located on the Fife Coastal Path, the caravan park makes an ideal overnight stopover point for walking holidays in Fife. Many of our pitches overlook the Tay Estuary with views to nearby Tentsmuir Forest, a national nature reserve with numerous nature trails, a wealth of wildlife and a wonderful 5 mile long sandy beach. Dog owners are more than welcome and will love the abundance of walks available in the area.

We offer a range of new and pre-owned luxury static holiday homes for sale within the beautiful grounds of our park, including prime waterfront pitches with sea views – ideal for a peaceful weekend retreat or as a second home in Scotland. For short breaks, holiday lets or long-stay holidays in Scotland, we also have a selection of self-catering accommodation available for hire – our luxury, fully-equipped static caravans offer free internet access and can accommodate up to 8 people.
