The Biarritz has an open-plan lounge and kitchen, there is a handy cloakroom area with upholstered seat, shoe rack and mirror. The lounge models a new ‘Butterscotch’ soft furnishing scheme for 2020, complementing the modern ‘Nebraska Oak’ woodgrain. The fixed L-shape sofa has a fold out occasional bed and freestanding armchair made all the more cosy by the framed fireplace with ‘Bach’ electric fire.
The contemporary kitchen includes high-quality appliances, and a the full height integrated fridge freezer and microwave. There is a freestanding dining table with ‘Rochelle’ chairs.
