These have been an unprecedented last couple of months which none of us will ever forget. Like everyone we don’t know what the next few months hold, however, there are signs that things may be starting to happen, and we are being optimistic, and are encouraging bookings for holiday hires from 1st July onwards.
As we are a small one off Park, we have not historically had a specific cancellation policy but have dealt with customers on a sympathetic and individual basis should they require to cancel. We do however need to react to the Covid 19 situation.
If you book a holiday with us from 20th May, with an arrival date before August 31st, and you are then not allowed to travel, or we are not open, due to Covid 19, we will refund your deposit and balance (if paid) in full. Balance payments won’t be due until 10 days before your hire commences.
We hope that this may help give people something to look forward to with the reassurance that you won’t be financially compromised if the Covid 19 situation remains the same or flares up again.
We would also like to reassure customers that we are currently putting a Covid 19 policy in place following industry guidelines, which will ensure that we are doing all we can to keep you safe whilst you are here. We are lucky in that our caravans are particularly well spaced with at least 4.5m between a units balcony and the one next door which enables easy social distancing. We will also be keeping our only communal area (the office building and laundry) closed.
