We’ve now been up and running for 7 weeks and have a lot of happy customers. Whilst we are still required to keep the office building closed we are lucky that our park is so small and peaceful and that there is always plenty of space. All our owners are delighted to be back at the Park and we thank them for their adherence to our new rules which have been strictly followed.
We have been extremely busy since we re-opened and the reivews we have from our hire caravan customers since then have been very encouragaing with full marks so far for cleanliness. Our housekeeping team are doing a great job and we have also invested in a fogging disinfectant machine which gives an added layer of comfort to our customers.
We are also continuing our policy of full refunds on any holidays booked if they need to be cancelled due to the Park having to close or travel restricitons being imposed so customers can book with confidence.

Ahead of opening up again this week we are pleased to announce that after a lot of hard work we are now certified under the ‘We’re Good to Go Scheme’. This is a new UK wide industry standard, and consumer mark, to reassure our customers that we are adhering to Government and public health guidance by following all the relevant measures to make our Park as safe as possible in these difficult times.

The First Minister Nicola Sturgeon has just announced that self-catering business can reopen on 3rd July. So with much joy we will be able to welcome back our owners on that day, or if you fancy a wee change of scene from next Friday, we can now accept holiday bookings for then onwards….
We understand that there will be a ‘Covid 19 Secure’ scheme launched soon by the Government, for businesses in the hospitality sector, to ensure compliance with the relevant health and safety requirements for dealing with Covid 19. This scheme is designed to give both customers and the local community alike, confidence that a business is doing all it can to ensure the safety of customers, staff and anyone connected with the business. Once compliance has been acheived the business will receive a certificate to show it has taken the necessary steps and we would like to assure everyone we will be fully compliant with this as soon as possible.
A glance at our reviews will reassure you that we have always maintained exceedingly high standards of cleanliness. As part of our enhanced cleaning programme to combat the spread of Covid 19 we have also just invested in a ‘fogger’ machine. This works by expelling a fine, almost invisible mist into the atmosphere which eventually settles on all surfaces including those impossible to reach by conventional methods.
You can feel confident then if you would like to book a holiday with us that we are taking every possible precaution to ensure your safety. We hope then to be able to welcome our owners and hire customers to the Park from 15th July where you will recieve a big open arms welcome (albeit from 2 meters away!).
