
This unit is to be removed from the Park. The unit itself is free but you will need to pay for splitting it, transporting it and then siting it at the other end (see below).
This 40 feet by 20 feet Lodge has had extensive work done on it over the years including addition of double glazing, central heating, kingspan wall insulation and extra roof insulation. It requires redecorating and the kitchen and bathroom will need some attention but it is still a solid and warm home that could used in a variety of situations.
It is a double unit and as such it needs to be split into it’s original two sections for transportation and then joined again at the other end. This is potentially a significant job to be done by the buyer,either themselves or through a specialist company (we can provide a contact) which could charge up to £5000 (ex vat) vat depending on how difficult the job is. Transport would cost around £2000 (ex vat) for a 70 mile radius (Aberdeen or Glasgow). We would put you in touch with a transport company to take both halves. Removal of the unit from it’s pitch to be made ready for transport would be done by us free of charge.
